ngd88 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Account and Use of the Platform

Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers an account on, or otherwise uses the ngd88 platform.

• "Funds" means the balance held in a User's ngd88 account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" means UTC+6, the time zone applicable to all time-sensitive provisions within these Terms.

Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Minimum Age. ngd88 services are available exclusively to individuals who are aged 21 years or older. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. ngd88 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where this requirement is not satisfied.

2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered account on ngd88. Creating duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether in your own name or using the identity of another person — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any outstanding balances or bonus funds.

2.3 Accurate Registration Details. You must provide complete, truthful, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and mobile number. ngd88 is not responsible for any inability to process payments or verify your identity arising from inaccurate registration information.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC). ngd88 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit supporting documents — including a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification — before withdrawal requests are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 Password Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ngd88 strongly recommends using a unique, complex password and enabling any available two-factor authentication. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. 3.3 Account Activity Responsibility. All bets, deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions made through your account are your sole responsibility. ngd88 will not reverse or void any transaction completed under your account credentials unless clear evidence of system error or fraud is established following an internal investigation.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ngd88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. All account balances are held in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ngd88 does not accept payments in any other currency without explicit prior arrangement.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳300. ngd88 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice to users.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within four (4) hours during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time). Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, during public holidays, or where additional identity verification is required. ngd88 does not guarantee same-day processing in all cases.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit funds into your ngd88 account, or to a verified account registered in your own name. ngd88 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

4.5 Deposit Responsibility. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment details entered during any deposit transaction are accurate. ngd88 accepts no liability for funds deposited to an incorrect account due to User error.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. ngd88 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering principles. Any deposit or withdrawal pattern that ngd88 reasonably suspects to be connected with money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the associated account will be suspended pending investigation.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available on ngd88 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the Bonus page at the time the promotion is active. In the event of any conflict between the general terms in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to a User's account are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly on the offer page prior to opt-in. ngd88 will not grant exceptions to stated wagering requirements.

5.3 One Bonus Per Household. Promotional offers are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address. ngd88 reserves the right to withhold bonus credits where it reasonably determines that multiple accounts within the same household, on the same device, or from the same IP address have claimed the same promotion.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through matched betting, arbitrage, use of multiple accounts, or any other form of bonus abuse will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure. ngd88 reserves the right to determine what constitutes bonus abuse at its sole discretion.

5.5 Expiry of Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds that are not used or wagered within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the User's account without prior notice.

Betting Rules — Sportsbook

6.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the ngd88 sportsbook are subject to acceptance by ngd88. A bet is not confirmed until a bet reference number is issued to the User. ngd88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has commenced, bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds, or bets that breach applicable stake limits.

6.2 Live In-Play Betting. In-play betting markets — including ball-by-ball cricket markets on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international Bangladesh fixtures — are subject to suspension at any time by ngd88 in the event of a technical issue, data feed delay, or where the integrity of the market cannot be maintained. ngd88 is not liable for any loss arising from the suspension of live markets.

6.3 Settlement of Bets. All bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, BCCI). In the event of a dispute regarding the result of an event, ngd88's decision, made in good faith with reference to available official data, shall be final.

6.4 Abandoned and Void Events. Where an event is abandoned, cancelled, or declared void by the relevant governing body prior to completion, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the User's account at full face value.

6.5 Maximum Payout. ngd88 reserves the right to apply maximum single-bet payout limits. Any winnings exceeding the applicable payout cap for a market will be settled at the cap amount. Specific limits are published on the relevant sportsbook market pages.

Casino Games and Instant Games

7.1 Random Number Generation. All casino slots and RNG-based table games available on ngd88 use certified random number generators provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming. The fairness of these games is independently verified by the respective game suppliers. ngd88 does not modify game outcomes in any way.

Limitation of Liability

10.1 ngd88 provides its services on an "as available" basis and makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Planned and unplanned maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services.

10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ngd88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

10.3 ngd88's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days preceding the date on which the claim arose.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes ngd88's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

12.2 Account Closure by User. You may request closure of your ngd88 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified withdrawable balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method within ten (10) business days, subject to any pending KYC requirements.

12.3 Forfeiture on Termination for Cause. Where an account is closed by ngd88 due to a breach of these terms, any Bonus Funds, bonus winnings, or funds associated with a suspected breach will be forfeited in their entirety. Real-money funds not connected to the breach will be returned at ngd88's discretion following a full internal review.
